Phil Green, is the founder of Rapid Repair Pro and creator of the Handyman Pro Toolkit. With over 30 years of experience in construction—from journeyman carpenter to remodeling contractor to business owner—I’ve seen firsthand how tradespeople can become overwhelmed by the challenges of running a business. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to build systems that simplify operations, increase profitability, and create freedom for skilled professionals.
At Rapid Repair Pro, we’ve transitioned from a traditional remodeling company into a streamlined, service-based business with scalable processes. I now coach other handyman and remodeling business owners on how to make the same leap—from tools-on technician to systems-driven CEO.
