With over 30 years of experience in construction—from journeyman carpenter to remodeling contractor to business owner—I’ve seen firsthand how tradespeople can become overwhelmed by the challenges of running a business. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to build systems that simplify operations, increase profitability, and create freedom for skilled professionals.
At Rapid Repair Pro, we’ve transitioned from a traditional remodeling company into a streamlined, service-based business with scalable processes. I now coach other handyman and remodeling business owners on how to make the same leap—from tools-on technician to systems-driven CEO.
